- Table Reservations: Reserved tables are held for a maximum of 15 minutes past the scheduled booking time before being released to waiting or walk-in guests.
- Dietary Requirements & Allergies: Guests are advised to inform our staff of any severe food allergies, intolerances, or specific dietary requirements before placing an order. While our chicken and beef ingredients are 100% Halal-certified, our venues operate mixed kitchens, and special prep requests should be confirmed directly with store personnel.
2. Promotions & Special Offers
- Availability: Promotional menus, seasonal offers, and set meal combos are subject to daily kitchen availability and are strictly valid for dine-in guests unless explicitly specified for takeaway or delivery.
- Exclusivity: Special promotions, discount codes, and voucher redemptions cannot be combined with any other active store offers, happy hour deals, or third-party delivery platform discounts.
3. Pricing & Payments
- Currency & Taxes: All menu prices displayed online and in-store are listed in Thai Baht (THB) and are inclusive of applicable local value-added tax (VAT).
- Payment Methods: We accept major credit/debit cards, cash, and local Thai QR PromptPay transfers across all 9 locations.
